Pramila K: Transforming Early Childhood Education with Passion and Purpose

Pramila K's move from the corporate world to early childhood education is a remarkable tale of vision, dedication, and change. Her son's school experiences helped her discover her true passion after six successful years in sales and company development. She bravely changed careers at the age of 29, devoting herself to specialized training to set the groundwork for her future in early education

Pramila and her best friend and co-sister, Roopanajli M.B., co-founded Purple Buds Nursery in November 2012. She now oversees the Sumukha Education Trust's Babusapalya and Agara sections.

What began with only five kids has grown into a four-branch network that educates more than 500 kids. She built Purple Buds as a reputable brand that provides high-quality instruction at affordable prices through hard work and innovation.

Through the Diploma in Pre-Primary Teacher Training Program, Pramila has played a significant role in preparing future teachers and enabling hundreds of women, including stay-at-home moms, to pursue careers in teaching. Many people have benefited from her advice by becoming more confident and financially independent, which has had a positive social impact.

Pramila has openly shared her knowledge to help businesses succeed by helping them set up preschools as an independent consultant. Her constant dedication to empowering teachers and molding young brains has made her a shining example of change in the field of early childhood education.
