Who are we?
​​It all started with a dream: to travel across South India's varied landscapes and discover unseen stories of achievement. Founder and CEO Deepak Tater Jain envisioned strengthening suburban and rural areas, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
We began our quest by traveling over 7,000 kilometers in 40 days, studying 100 diverse businesses. In the second edition, we traveled 18,000 kilometers in 50 days and discovered even more hidden jewels throughout South India. Bringing these extraordinary stories to light was not a simple process, but our inaugural award ceremony, which celebrated outstanding achievements, left an indelible impression.
With the same objective in mind, we introduced the South India Business Awards (SIBA) in July 2019, with greater success after reaching 35,000 kilometers across South India.
The South India Women Achievers Awards (SIWAA) 2019 took place in Chennai on December 22, 2019, and it was our largest event to date. SIWAA emerged as India's largest women's empowerment program, accepting 7,245 applications and recognizing 403 winners on a single platform. SIWAA 2019 was a huge success, thanks to the support of renowned figures such as Mrs. Lata Rajinikanth, Regina Cassandra, Naresh Iyer, John Vijay, Neerja Malik, and 40 other brand ambassadors.
This year, SIWAA 2024 promises to be even bigger, thanks to the respected Twell Magazine, which continues to honor and promote our winners.
