Pooja, from the small village of Thiruthalaiyur, has overcome conventional restrictions by demonstrating that women can succeed in any subject with enthusiasm and dedication.
Her path began with a strong ambition to break preconceptions and make a career in the elevator industry. Pooja completed her ITI in Electrical at Thiruverumbur Government ITI in Tiruchirappalli, creating a solid basis for her profession. Understanding the need of continual learning, she is currently enrolled in an online BBA degree to expand her knowledge and skill set. Pooja began her professional career as a service technician at Johnson Elevator, where she got firsthand experience and technical knowledge. Despite various setbacks, her determination and devotion enabled her to transform them into possibilities. With constant commitment, she sought to work for a multinational firm and fulfilled this objective by joining Schindler, a well-known MNC, as a customer engineer.
During her time at Schindler, she gained considerable product knowledge and improved her technical and customer service skills. Pooja's unwavering quest of excellence has brought her to her current position as a service associate at KONE, another globally famous MNC. Here, she continues to broaden her knowledge and contribute significantly to the company's success.
