   The Jury and Panelists dedicate their valuable time to review each application thoroughly. Please be mindful of this commitment. When applicants back out at the payment stage, it wastes the time and effort of the judges and panelists, who have already reviewed the applications.

   We kindly request that you proceed with this declaration and fee acknowledgment only if you are committed to continuing through to the Judges' round. This ensures a smoother process for everyone involved and maintains respect for the event’s timeline.

5. Proceeding to the Jury Round
